Residents of the North Shuswap can register for their first COVID Vaccine appointment at the Whole Community Vaccine Clinic on June 3, 2021 by calling 1-833-838-2323 between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., PDT, seven days a week

or Register online at:

https://www.getvaccinated.gov.bc.ca/s/

You will need to provide:

* legal name

* date of birth

* postal code to confirm your home community

* personal health number (PHN) from the back of B.C. driver’s licence, BC services cards, or BC Care Card

* current contact information, including an email address you or your family checks regularly

Once your appointment is booked you will receive a confirmation email.

We remind everyone to be vigilant against fraud. The call centre will never ask for financial information, credit card details, or social insurance numbers.

Have your personal health number, phone number, postal code and email address ready and call 1-877-740-7747 between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.

* Indicate "Kamloops" as closest city, then "Celista"

* Indicate "Whole Community Vaccine Clinic" is being held in this Rural Area

 

Press 1 to book your vaccine appointment time and continue to press 1 until you reach an operator or until you are told your wait time, then wait for the operator to come on the line.
